Make an impact. Tell powerful stories. Shape the future of our college. Are you a creative, organised and insight-driven marketing professional ready to take the next step in your career? Do you love turning ideas into campaigns that genuinely make a difference?

We’re looking for a Marketing Co-ordinator to play a key role in telling our story, building our brand and driving engagement across the college community and beyond.

This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll work at the heart of our college, developing high-quality marketing and communications that support student recruitment, events, engagement and reputation.

From shaping campaigns and managing social media, to supporting major events like open days and graduations, you’ll help ensure our messaging is creative, consistent and impactful.

As a key part of the marketing team, you will be involved in a wide range of duties that will require you to be able to communicate with staff, students and external stakeholders.

In order to be successful, you will have worked in a marketing or communications environment. You will have knowledge of digital marketing techniques, have experience working with Content Management Systems for updating websites, the ability to understand and interpret analytics and data, and will have excellent administration and organisation skills. You will also be qualified to SCQF level 8 or above.

Those shortlisted will be required to deliver a presentation and undertake a competency-based interview.

Working for the college you will benefit from a generous leave entitlement, career average pension scheme, excellent on-site facilities including a gym and award-winning restaurant, together with transport, health, wellbeing benefits and retail discounts. The college is located within the town centre with an array of shops and restaurants all within a few minutes walking distance.

Closing date for applications is 2359hrs on Sunday 10 May 2026.

Interviews will take place at West Lothian College on Thursday 28 May 2026.
