Job Description
Quality and Student Experience Administrator
Start Date: August 2026
Hours: 35 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Salary: Grade 3 Points 11 to 18
£29,023 to £32,613 per annum
(subject to pending job evaluation)
You will work closely with the Student Experience and Improvement Team, providing administrative and operational support.
You will provide comprehensive and high-quality administrative assistance to the specific needs of the team, with a particular focus on quality assurance and student partnership. This will include helping coordinate activities and supporting with their delivery.
It is essential that you have considerable experience working in an administrative role, including working with quality assurance processes, preferably in further education, but not essential. You will also be experienced in the use of computerised systems. You should be educated to SCQF Level 6 in a relevant field.
