The Electoral Management Board for Scotland (EMB) is looking for an organised, proactive and reliable Business Support Administrator to join our team.
The EMB coordinates the administration of Scottish Parliamentary and Local Government elections, supporting Returning Officers, Electoral Registration Officers, local authorities and others to promote high standards and best practice in electoral administration.
You will provide a wide range of business support to the EMB, its Convener and senior colleagues. Your responsibilities will include financial administration, processing invoices and expenses, organising travel, preparing documents and presentations, responding to enquiries, supporting consultations and helping maintain the EMB website. You will also handle sensitive information appropriately and contribute to the effective day-to-day operation of the organisation.
