About the role

We have an exciting Corporate Services Officer fixed-term two-year post where you will join our busy Corporate Services support team. Reporting to the Office Services Manager, you will undertake a wide range of duties that cover the office, finance and human resources functions.

Scotland Excel is a growing organisation with a £2bn portfolio providing procurement, commissioning, consultancy, and learning and development services to our members. We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and professional who can join our team to contribute to the overall success of those services.

Key responsibilities

Working collaboratively within the team, ensuring accuracy and maintaining confidentiality, you will:

  • provide, lead or support a range of administrative duties including supporting our Committees and Senior team;
  • maintain a range of internal and external business support services and systems;
  • be involved in number of projects;
  • manage emails, diaries and enquiries;
  • support corporate events and
  • maintain databases and update IT systems.

Ideally, you will have:

  • experience in an administrative or corporate services role in either the public or private sector;
  • strong organisational and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail;
  • excellent verbal and written communication and
  • experience of Microsoft Office Suite.
