Digital Portfolio Manager

Digital Services is made up of around 70 staff. As Digital Portfolio Manager, you’ll lead a team consisting of 1 PMO Analyst and 5 Project Managers driving the successful delivery of digital change and ensuring real value for the organisation.

In a relatively small but ambitious organisation, this role offers real breadth – combining Digital Portfolio leadership with hands-on involvement across a diverse portfolio of initiatives. As a key member of the Digital Services Management Team, you'll work collaboratively with colleagues to continually enhance our delivery approach and strength outcomes across the Parliament.

You’ll bring proven experience in leading and managing complex portfolios, projects, and a Digital Portfolio Office, using your deep knowledge of methodologies such as PRINCE2, MSP and Agile. With advanced technical skills in project management tools, data analysis and insightful reporting, you’ll enable confident and informed decision‑making across the organisation. Your strengths in resource planning, risk management and benefits realisation will ensure delivery remains aligned to strategic goals and consistently demonstrates real value. You’ll also excel in communication and stakeholder engagement, building strong relationships and influencing effectively at every level.
