Catering Operations Manager

We are hiring a Catering Operations Manager to assist the Central Production Unit (CPU) Manager in the management of the CPU catering services and associated operational units.

Hours: 37 hours per week 8.00am - 4.00pm

Salary: £36,270.57- £38,932.99 per Annum (Pay Award Pending)

The CPU supplies 6.5 million meals per year to schools in Angus, Dundee, Perth and Kinross, as well as Community Meals in Dundee. This is an opportunity for an individual who has a HNC in Hospitality Catering management or an equivalent qualification with experience of managing a large-scale catering operation. The successful individual will be responsible for taking the lead in directing all day to day activities relating to production operations at the CPU which involves leading a large catering team.
