As an HR Adviser, you will provide professional advice to managers and employees on a range of HR issues including pay and conditions of service, local and national agreements, employment legislation and good practice.
You will be a flexible and adaptable individual who is assertive and psychologically resilient.
You will have experience of working at a professional level in a broad-based HR role and have knowledge and/or experience of recruitment and selection, discipline and grievance, absence management and work performance.
You will have Associate Membership of Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development or equivalent qualification/experience.
You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and have proven ability to plan and organise work to meet objectives and work to deadlines.
A Category B Driving Licence or equivalent entitlement to drive in Great Britain and access to a motor vehicle, or otherwise able to meet the requirement to travel efficiently to other locations is essential.
