As a Painter you will manage and undertake estimation of painting works, assessing risks and assist in generating a works programme.
You will manage, prioritise and undertake the appropriate preparation, painting and decorating of various structures both internal and external using suitable materials, techniques and tools.
You will have experience of painting structures in an outdoor and indoor environment, using different types of paint and application methods. You will also have experience of providing estimates of time and material regarding painting works and have experience of carrying out site specific risk assessments.
You will have an industry recognised painting and apprenticeship qualification and the ability to:
- identify different materials and the corresponding paint system required
- work within a small team
- work outside
A Category B Driving Licence or equivalent entitlement to drive in Great Britain is essential.
