The Development and Infrastructure Service are looking for an enthusiastic Admin Officer to deliver an efficient, effective and high quality service by providing first class secretarial and administrative support across a range of duties tailored to the needs of the Head of Development and Economic Growth.  Duties the post holder can expect to undertake include, management of correspondence, diary management and administrative/business support as well as learning about the range of services and projects delivered by the Development and Economic Growth Service. 

If you have experience in preparing accurate minutes, working in a busy office environment and have a keen interest in the services and projects delivered by the Development and Economic Growth Service, then this could be the post for you.
