The Place Directorate is looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to provide administrative support across the Chief Executive and Place Directorate Management Team. The postholder will be organised, have excellent attention to detail and be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines as requested by senior managers.
Applicants should have a good knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools and have experience working in a similar role in a Local Authority or public sector body of similar size, and with senior officers.
KNOWLEDGE
The jobholder requires a minimum qualification to HNC/SVQ3 level in Business Studies,
Office Management or Administration or an acceptable equivalent qualification or relevant experience to this post. Knowledge of word processing/spreadsheets/keyboard, minute taking to multi-agency level and administrative skills are essential.
