KNOWLEDGE
Essential
Jobholders must hold SVQ Level 3 in Civil Engineering Technologies/Highways Maintenance or equivalent, or relevant HNC qualification along with extensive post qualification experience in the road maintenance industry, in particular operating specialist plant.
They must be familiar and confident to carry out a variety of tasks as outlined in the main duties section and be able to safely operate a number of items of plant associated to the tasks.
Full clean HGV Class C driving licence.
SVQ Level 2 module in winter maintenance

Based on 36 hours over 52 weeks per year, the minimum actual salary for this position is £32,554.06 per annum.
